Race-Branded Products

When we receive an Event logo from you, we will design a custom Commemorative 5x7 for your particular Event. With your logo, event location, date, and the participant's photo, this product will advertise your Event to friends, family, and colleagues throughout the year when proudly displayed by the participant. Promotional Website Messaging

Your participants have seen your sponsor logos on brochures, registration forms, t-shirts, and more leading up to your Sporting Event. We provide an opportunity for you and your sponsors to reinforce your branding for months following your event as participants visit our site to reminisce about their experience and share that experience with others. You can take this opportunity to provide your sponsors with additional value, exposure and website traffic. You will find an example of one of our campaigns below. We designed a simple banner to promote the race and the lead sponsor. We can link logos and text to an Event's results, a sponsor's website, or registration form for next year!

We feature that banner on the main page for the event on our website.
We also place it at the top of every search results page where participants see a group of thumbnails representing their search results.
Finally, the banner appears on the pages where participants see a larger preview of their photos and ultimately purchase products for it.

Customized Participant Notices

We send an email notice to each participant with a direct link to their photos. That message is another opportunity for you to market your event, thank your sponsors, promote other events that you manage, or announce the fundraising total for your charity. This is another great opportunity for you to offer your sponsors additional marketing value. They will be pleased to have the unique opportunity to reach your group of active lifestyle consumers in a targeted manner. Our email notifications are a very effective medium for marketing. Given the personal nature of the message, we see an incredible and immediate response on our website when we send them.

Do-It-Yourself Photo Marketing

Like many sport photography companies, we offer you free photos from your event that you may use for marketing, promotion, and sponsor appreciation. Unlike most of our competitors, we give you easy access to every photo we take. You or your staff may log in after your event and download any photo you choose. To save you time, we provide a subset of some of our favorites that feature great participant photos, event staff photos, scenic shots, and sponsor banners and booths. In addition you are also welcome to browse through the entire set of photos as participants do and choose the ones that best meet your needs.

That is a value worth hundreds of dollars in most markets. And, it saves you the trouble of hiring and managing a photographer just for promotional photos.
