Mt Gretna lake for the swim. Transition area set up behind lake. Ride is on public roads and run is on gravel rail trail.

500 yd swim, 14.8 mile ride and 3.1 mile run. I am a disabled US Marine and this race raises money to support research for nerve damage conditions.
