Plate to Plate 5K Run/Walk

AT&T Park at Home Plate is the main photography location. Terry Francois Blvd. (@ 3rd Street) is the post-race Festival Location, behind AT&T Park in McCovey Covey.

Project Open Hand and the San Francisco Giants will host the third annual Plate to Plate 5K Run/Walk fundraiser on Sunday, August 30, 2009, at 9 a.m. This is the only fun run in which participants will have the unique opportunity to cross Home Plate at AT&T Park. Free tickets to that day's 1:05 p.m. baseball game between the San Francisco Giants and the Colorado Rockies will be given to the first 3,000 people who sign up for the event.

Registrations include the run/walk across home plate, an event t-shirt, a game ticket for the first 3,000 registrants, and a post-race festival with live music, food, giveaways, awards ceremony, and kids corner.
